To say that June was packed is an understatement. June actually started in May as Ms. Angel, Abby & Addy travelled to Gillette Wyoming with the Wahoo youth group to spend a few days being a blessing to Brother Doug and Mrs. Robin Baker who head up the Western Baptist Missions Warehouse. The “Wahooligans” prepared meals, packed supply boxes and served several Missionaries, for which we are thankful. Brother Mark Stroud preached and the Youth Choir sang for services during the meeting. What a joy to be a blessing to those who are evangelizing the lost whatever the cost.
In the middle of June, we were able to invest in the lives of kids from all over the south who attended the North Georgia School of Gospel Music which was held at Brunau University in Gainesville, Georgia. The NGSGM teaches old fashioned shaped-note singing, music theory to all ability levels, as well as offering private voice, piano and guitar lessons. We were able to give several evening devotions and were able to lead 3 of the 10 young people who were saved over the course of the school. We also travelled many miles to many states with the Old Time Preachers Quartet and saw the Lord work in the lives everywhere we went. *II Tim.4:5
The Lord is continuing to bless the Riches From The Pages radio broadcast. We have been getting good response from the weekly broadcasts and received a sizable offering that will keep us on the air for 13 weeks on wordchristianbroadcasting.com. We are finalizing our launch on a station in Wimauma, Florida within the month. Our goal is to be on the air 7 days a week in seven states. On average $100 will cover one month on one station. Please pray for support and souls. *Eph.3:8
July is Power of 2 camp time and we are praying that young people will sell out to the Lord and Old-Time-Religion. We are burdened for the state of our country and realize more than ever the need for evangelistic revival. There will be no revival in America until the church gets right, the church will not be right until the family is right, and the family will not be right until individuals get right. Let it begin with you and me. *Mt.7:7
The Holy Spirit is continuing to show us valuable principles in the books of Ezra and Nehemiah. The rebuilding remnant experienced opposition but obedience to the Lord’s instructions ensured His provision, protection and promotion. Our burden is to help rebuild The Church, Homes and Walls that God desires. *Neh. 1:3-4
